Brilliant warm break during a spell of poor UK weather
Loved the staff and the quality of service and facilities. Executive lounge was great and spent a lot of time in the pool area
Minor gripe about the temperamental lift buttons experienced by all guests visiting floors not selected! No need for music around the pool

Superb location and facilities. Not all receptionists are as knowledgeable as others.
Superb, top to bottom.
I arrived very early hours in the morning. The first receptionist told me my room wasn't ready for me to check in yet. When I asked if I could change in the gym locker room for my upcoming meeting later in the day, that receptionist said that the gym wasn't open yet. Then I realised that both things he said were not true, because the second receptionist I was passed onto was much more polite, she said that my room was ready, and that the gym was not closed, but it was open 24 hours!
