The hotel was welcoming and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help people - the hotel is good due to the wonderful staff as they give it soul.
The hotel has lovely grounds and is so close to the Metro , travelling around was so easy .
It could do with a little updating in areas such as the pools near Rocco.

We will definitely be back to Qatar 30c great time of the year
The Hitel really looked after us from the Minute we arrived, the staff from many different countries all went beyond to give us a reel feeling of welcome. My wife needs Gluten Free. Again they supplied great meals from the 5 Restaurants. The Grand Hyatt has a drinks Happy hour 5-30 to 8 pm which makes lifes bit more reasonable
The Location is superb , for the pearl and Doha with very cheap Taxis makes like easy

We took the balf board option.
Good breakfast and good dinner (Roca and Santa Mnica).
I forgot my laptop in one of the areas of the hotel, and the staff recovered it!

Private beach with white sands
The property is surrounded by a "forest" with very large areas of beautiful/green landscape and hardscape.
Many swimming pools; outdoor and in door
Very large villa with a private car parking just beside. That was really very convenient.
Breakfast was also good with many varieties.
All was honestly exceptional, except I experienced a number of cases where receptionists/ operators didn't pick up the phone when I called and no one called
back.

Really fantastic - home away from home.
This is an exceptional hotel with fantastic staff... felt right at home from day one... breakfast was worth every cent and 2we spend a good time there getting to know your staff on. a daily basis. Just fantastic experience..0.
Just the mattress, far to soft for my liking, but this is pure preference but even when I complained the staff tried their best to assist. Maybe I am just to heavy..:)
