I like Marina Walk around the hotel. Hotel is so clean tidy. Big room with nice balcony sea view and city view. I will recommend this hotel worth for money.

The design and decoration also the view but there are some places still under construction
Well the main thing I have booked a room with balcony but when I checked in I have been told that the balcony rooms all booked and no more rooms with balcony so its on availability that i couldnt understand booking room same price with other room without balcony !!!
The other thing is the bidet sprayer the water always leaking and when trying to use it the water pressure wasnt good enough
This thing matter as Arab and Muslim customer hope they fix this issue

Beautiful, top norch hotel
The location is perfect. Its home away from home. The breakfast selection is excellent. Turndown service was done exceptionally well by Rokhmani from Housekeeping. Charles from conceirge was helpful. We visited Provok for our 3rd Anniversary Dinner and Andisiwe took good care of us. The room location was nice we had a sea view room with a perfect sunrise.
We did mention it was our anniversary on the 26th but we didnt see any towel arts or congratulations. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to see
