The shower always leaked badly on the floor and always had to ask for towels to soak up the excess water.
The room was a little but basic in terms of design and a few wear and tear marks on paint & doors etc

Arrived at 2 pm told to Cain back at 3 for check in came later but still the room wher not available
Offered upgrade but the upgrade didnt meet my expectations asked for the same room

Check in and tried to have rest but someone nocked the door

I loved the view, the bathroom, the bathtub, and the bed was very comfy and it was very quiet.

The warm welcome and services provided by the staff is phenomenal special thanks to Shaima, Sara guest services representatives Pedro the waitress and the cleaning crew cleaning our room you all deserve best staff services award thank you for your hospitality. I was also upgraded to a suite the restaurant Morimoto was absolutely amazing luxury experience great food. I will definitely visit again hope to see you all soon in 2024.
