    This is the second time I have stayed here so it says a lot that I have come back...
    The breakfast was good, all freshly cooked to order as well as a selection of cereals. The location on King Street is perfect - a five minute walk to the football ground in one direction and the high street in the other direction. The beach is also only a short distance away.
    It's not that I didn't like it but just as a caution to others that there are shared bathrooms. But, being a converted house rather than tailor-made hotel, that is going to be the case. No problem for me but could put others off.

    Very friendly hosts, we had a nice stay
    The host was very friendly. We had a nice stay and got a very nice breakfast. :)
    Unfortunately the double bed was quite small, so we had to use the second bed in the room as well. But for one person the bed was comfortable then. :)

    Friendly owners, good price but cold room and hard mattress.
    Loved how friendly the owners were, showed me around and let me know about what time breakfast is served and what food items would be available. Room was also great size for such a cheap price. Not many negatives to the stay at all.
    Only 2 downsides to this house. Firstly the bedroom was very cold even with the heating on I ended up having to sleep with my jumper on. Secondly, the mattress was very hard, which for me made it pretty uncomfortable. Other than this it was a brillant place to stay.

    Very clean, comfortable and well situated for what we wanted from our stay in Aberdeen. Breakfast in particular was excellent Would definitely stay there again.
    Nothing, couldn't fault our stay.
