Overall an enjoyable stay

A very well located hotel in the city center, a nice and comfortable, even though a bit chilly room.

A bit old, but functionable appliances. The heater did not work properly.

It was close to center city. The staff was great

The room could have had a microwave so I could reheated my leftover food. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Key system didn't work well. Breakfast barely adequate. Linen & bed quality needs upgrading. Clean.

Clean & cute boutique hotel. Staff was great

Family & I had to get many new keys as system didn't read keys on about 10 occasions. Bed & linens were adequate, but in need of quality upgade.. Quality of breakfast was poor. Distasteful bread/pastries, old/bruised bananas that were the same the 4 days I was there. Milk & cream left out on counter the 4 hours of breakfast. Coffee not hot after 9a.

Good location. Decent breakfast. Charming lobby.

Room was small and cramped. Beyond Libby the hotel was shabby.

Pleasant

Located in the city centre, close to conference location, transport, cafes and such. Quiet. Room provided with most things needed. Free breakfast, which I did not expect from the rate description, was a pleasant surprise.

Wi-fi usually not working, slow if it connected at all. Complained to the reception desk about this twice, to no effect. A fridge would have been a welcome addition.
