The room was not like the photos the room was small the carpet was dirty and it was like we was in a strip club it was New Years Eve the lobby was full of a group of girl showing all of their private areas me and my boyfriend was at a table playing a game and a girl walked over and bend over all over him so we went up stair as soon as we went over to the elevators we saw a woman get physically attacked it was horrible way to bring in the new year and also my boyfriend birthday smh I told the front desk the next morning they didnt act like they cared I was charged $65 for parking that I was unaware of the guy told us we can park out front they never moved my vehicle in a saved and secured location

At first when we walked in the hotel was beautiful it had a nice gas by your place huge Christmas tree, and the ambience is incredible but thats really good stoped
Oh, we got up to our room. The light glow next to the bed is broken dirty towels were left in the shower and garbage is in the ice bucket. It was clear that the room had not been completely cleaned. I talked to the staff and they said the manager would be in touch with me Tuesday upon their return. When we try to talk to the manager, we were not allowed to do so.

Decent room, great location
Check-in was a big hassle - I was travelling from outside the country and my credit card didn't work, and they didn't accept my Forex card (a debit card with US dollars - which was accepted without any hassle by another hotel I stayed at later), and that led to a stressful situation. Thankfully, the manager worked out some alternative but it was a stressful experience.
Secondly, the WiFi was quite poor. I had to rely on network data for everything which was expensive.

Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus, Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays, Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines, Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay.
