Peaceful, Quiet, Well worth it

The cleanliness was good, the room was amazing & the staff were on point with my accommodations. Booking.Com gave me such a hassle when it came to switching my dates & Amber was very polite & patient with working with me to switching my dates so I appreciate her for that.

They did fire alarm testing for the entire 48 hours we were there. They did not notify us of this until check In.

Never going back.

Location

It was dirty! At the bar there were lots of fruit flies. Doors, mattresses were very worn. The hotel has a pool table, the balls had large holes in them, the pool sticks were all broke.

Hotel room and check in service was great... how ever valet was terrible and no credit given

Loved the closeness to the fiserv forum and some restaurants.

I had terrible valet service. Waited forever. Other people texted for their vehicles way earlier than them actually arriving to the lobby which in turn delayed my vehicle. I waited 25min. Once getting to the lobby. Friends of ours in another room received a credit for their valet, I did not. Not happy.

It's a contemporary hotel in a convenient location that should reassess. some of the fees

The location of this hotel was ideal for going to a concert at the Fiserv arena. The king size bed was very comfortable.

Valley parking was too expensive at $38 a night. In addition checking out and waiting for my car from valet parking was a nightmare. Took way too long. The traffic noise kept me awake in my room. The hotel bar closed too early so I couldn't enjoy a cocktail there after the concert I attended. They don't have ice machines so you have to go in the lobby and get small bags of ice which is an inconvenience.
