    Neat decor/vibe
    Bait n switch tactic and everyone Ive talked to so far just brushing it off. Claiming its not them. Its booking dot come. Ordered/paid for a room with hot tub. They said the entire facility has no rooms like that. And somehow, Im the bad guy?

    Good stay overall, will definitely return
    Overall good stay, everything was clean and worked well as expected. Location was perfect for me and my plans. Would stay again.
    Tile separating on the floor in our bathroom, did not have a maid service visit our room to exchange towels or give more toiletries (especially) TP And had one of the staff who worked downstairs who had a bad attitude and complained about having to do his job at one point. All other staff I encountered were excellent!

    Nice hotel and Ill come back if I am in Omaha again.
    It is modern and stylish and has good amenities.
    This is my second stay here. The room we were given had basically no sound insulation: I could hear every single word of a phone conversation that the person next door to us had. People talking in the hallway sounded as if they were standing in our room. This is why this stay didnt get 10 stars.

    I will stay somewhere else next visit for cheaper with higher hopes
    The bed itself was very comfortable
    Rooms were not cleaned daily. When we asked for rags and towels we were told they didnt have any rags. We asked every day and were given the same answer. The pillows were horrible to sleep with.

    It was nice until our room was charged for a purchase we didnt make. This turned the overall stay into a unpleasant one
    Nice area, clean space.
    The manager at the front desk who was a liar and of no help when we were charged for going to their bar area but actually NEVER went.
