    The hotel staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - West Omaha - Elkhorn was outstanding and the facilities were great. The room was clean and available before the check-in time. The property was well- (Read More)maintained and the breakfast was great. The staff members were gracious and helpful. The hotel was accommodating to a hockey team and had perfect common areas for families to gather. The nearby restaurant was a bonus. The reviewer plans to stay here again in the future.

    Loved the choices you had for breakfast but would have liked having a regular sugared options not only sugar free items.
    Had to keep having our room keys remade on Saturday. Had it done a total of 3 times during our stay.

    A welcoming, clean, place with to be when visiting family in Omaha. Your facility ticks all our b.
    We are return guests to this property & we have always been impressed with the friendliness & professionalism of the staff. Yes, you can have both. They actually seem happy to see us and our puppy.
    Would love breakfast hours to extend to 9:30 am

    Little out of the way but nice and peaceful
    Friendly staff. nice room. good breakfast. The bed was a little firm for my taste but I still slept well and my partner was very comfortable. AC worked perfect and that's important to this menopausal anti heat lover! :)
    Wasn't a big deal but I had originally planned to bring my pets and wrote that in my comment section (to be placed near exit if possible) and then we changed our minds. When checking out I noticed a fee for animals. They hadn't even asked us at check in or had us sign anything. But the front desk lady took charges off quickly and kindly. She was very helpful! Very good experience.

    So clean and smelled great. Rita checked me in and was so friendly and professional. She had me checked in so fast and was smiling the whole time. She checked me out the next morning with same friendly smile. Thanks Rita you were the cherry on my stay.
