This Courtyard Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area has an amazing location, with plenty of parking and a spacious lobby. The rooms are nice, but there are some issues with the shades not blocking out ligh (Read More)t and the pillows on the couches. Some guests were disappointed with the lack of continental breakfast and limited options at the on-site Starbucks. However, the hotel staff is helpful and the rooms are clean. The location is great for exploring the Old Market area and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, it is a satisfactory choice for business travelers.

Great location, pay the 24 hour parking fee right away and explore Old Market!
Great location!
I hate it when they dont offer free coffee in the lobby. Also it would have been nice to know that I needed to pay for 24 hours worth of parking. That would have saved us the $12 we paid a lot in the area before we checked in. We both felt that the bed was super hard.

A reliable place to stay in Omaha
It's a great location. The rooms are nice and the parking is easy. The staff is very friendly and professional. That's usually where we stay while in Omaha because it is a reliable facility.
In all the time that we have stayed at this facility, we don't ever remember getting what we would call a 'peaceful & quiet' room... The issue is with the mechanical systems for HVAC as they are definitely noticeable. We solve the problem by wearing earplugs but it would be great if we didn't have to...

TV didnt work. Breakfast cost me money even though booking.com said breakfast was included. Had to pay for parking . these are things that should be included with price of the room expecially for $170 per night. I will not be staying at courtyard again.
