    A perfect out of season weekend break
    We upgraded to a side sea view, lovely view over Palma port, following the coast to Palma Nova. Room was very clean and of a good size. Breakfast was first class, a help yourself array of endless goodies. Hotel position was right on the seafront with easy access to Can Pastilla town.

    We really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. Nothing was a problem. We had fun on Saturday evening when the singer was there. And I really appreciated the option to rent a bike or to store our luggage after check out.

    About 5 minutes by taxi from the airport(18). Lovely staff, spotless room and beautiful views. Nice choice of drinks at the bar and huge selection of food at the breakfast including prosecco and freshly prepared omelettes. Bus station about 10 mins walk and takes you directly to Palma (2per ticket and you pay at the bus). Was staying only for the weekend so there was not time to test other facilities, but there is gym, sauna, spa, pool and more.
    Only downside while staying off-season is that lot of local restaurants were shut - but hotel has its own restaurants available. You can hear planes sometimes, but did not bother us at all. Also double bed was consisting from 2 beds pushed together, but I experienced this in other hotels, too

    Nice location, beautiful view, food is great and very friendly staff members from hotel.

    Complete disaster and waste of money
    Only location close to the sea was nice.
    My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The Wi-Fi was abysmal, to say the least. The hotel's only attempt to remedy this was a paid upgrade (!), and still the internet remained frustratingly unreliable. The bathroom experience was equally disappointing, with a noticeable lack of water and, when it finally flowed, it was green... Breakfast didn't fare much better; the spread seemed like a collection of cost-cutting measures. From juice that tasted like concentrate to the presence of cheap salami and speck instead of quality options like jamon ham, it felt like a letdown. Even the bread seemed to be a recycled relic from yesterday. The only saving grace was the omelettes, which managed to rise above the mediocrity. To add a sour note, it was evident that certain guests received preferential treatment, with the best seats in the restaurant seemingly reserved for a chosen few. All in all, this hotel failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts, making it a regrettable choice for accommodation. It seems to be a cheap hotel for all inclusive stay for people with no expectations despite its price.
