Very good

Enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, spacious room and the balcony view. The staff members provided excellent customer service, we were early on check in time (3pm) we arrived around 12pm served with a glass of juice and was surprised that we were able to check in straightaway! Also the receptionist let us borrowed a towel without a deposit which we really appreciated. The housekeepers cleaned our room spotless and gave us fresh towels. The food was delicious and diverse food options. Bus stops are just few minutes away. Overall we have a pleasant stay.

Although it did not bother us much but the surrounding area is quite noisy. Its near a beer garden both side of the road. We have to divert our walk to the bus stop because theres a lot of drunk people outside. But you cant hear it from the hotel. Just to warn if youre not into noisy and busy surroundings this might not be suitable for you.

I bought All inclusive!!! For my last 20 years travel.. its mean all drink (alcohol)is unlimited in this property its was allowed 3 small beers/ or wine In lunch..and 3 the same in dinner time.. All rest of time in different bars a like snack bar , lobby bar its was chargeable!! Really disappointed !! I think cant be call All Inclusive type!!

Was ok, but was expecting different

Nice setting, buffet was very nice.

Was very hot in inside when eating yr dinner and surrounding communal areas. Very stuffy came out feeling sick.

Average / underwhelming for the price - definitely not what we'd expect of an all-inclusive

We liked that there were restaurants opened in the hotel at pretty much any time of the day (and night) - allowing for late lunches for example. Very close to the beach as well.

While all of the restaurant staff was lovely, the reception staff was quite curt and rude (not all, but some) when trying to get some information. Parking for 10e a day is a bit of a rip off. Then the issue of the "All inclusive" that is not an all-inclusive. While after researching this some more, we understand that the whole of Mallorca doesn't do "real" inclusive (including alcohol) anymore, this was not advertised clearly, not on booking.com, nor at the hotel. There was a mention on the booking confirmation of "All inclusive, Limited beverages" ; and having gone to multiple ones before, we thought it may mean a limited option of alcohol, or limited times during the day. But no, it's actually not included. Indeed, the "all inclusive" is not really, as only including meals, and 2 drinks per meal - which are the cheapest, most disgusting wine and beer possible (no choice either with those). Definitely not worth the price. This definitely put a damper on our stay. For example, upon our arrival we went to the pool area and decided to get some drinks at the bar. We ordered and nothing was said to us about a cost, price or nothing. Nowhere was it written that the "all inclusive" bracelet we had didn't include alcohol. We then went to seat and upon getting our drinks by the waitress, she just pulled out the card machine asking for our room number - we got confused and asked is this not included in the all inclusive, and she replied quite curtly that it was only at the restaurant during meals. She didn't tell us any price just asked for our room number and charged the drinks to it. We only learned of the cost after checking out. Meals were ok, but not great. Breakfast was absolutely disappointing. Pool towels are 10e in cash only. The pool area is very very noisy, with random "activities" and music at every pool. Would not recommend going there for the price.

A good time near Palma

We had a great time, everything was as spot on. Delicious food, very clean, wonderful staff. It's good that the hotel is a little further from the beach and bars, it's quiet. Public transport right outside the hotel for easy access to Palma.

Something happened to us that never happened at any other hotel, we were at the pool, we went to change so we can grab a byte for lunch. After lunch we didn't go back to the pool and we forgot the towels and a beach gown. We went to grab them at 6PM and... nothing, the lounges were empty, all of them. The reception told us they were not in lost and found but maybe the lifeguard has them. We asked and waited for two days... nothing. This is not a cheap hotel, guests will not steal a 15 euro towel or an old beach gown so someone threw them away. Not saying it was the staff but there were no towels on any lounges so hey... I'm guessing they misplaced them. I don't care about the towels but that beach gown was my wife's favorite so yea, that was bad, we never felt the same way again, leaving phones or watches or basically everything of value in the room. I'm not deducting points for this because it might have been a drunk teen or something but it was definitely disturbing.
