    Great and peaceful stay with fantastic service and Yum food
    The location is a little far from the city, however if youre looking for some peace and quiet like we did its ideal. The staff is extremely professional and prompt and the food is really good. The breakfast is wholesome.
    Bathtubs maybe? Everything was exceptional though!

    Rooms were decent, clean and food was good. L
    Check in confusion between booking.com and the fern. Im room dining takes more than 30-45 mins even though its for a simple dish like masala peanuts. Family was not allowed to enter the pool as we didnt have caps. Such requirement should be mentioned at the time of booking and not when we try to enter the pool. Kids play zone and very limited stuff and that too some were not in good condition. For adults there is just table tennis.

    A good city getaway
    The staff, despite being a bit inexperienced, were always smiling and helpful. The food at the Vista too was very good, with great service.
    The front desk registration and payment formalities are time consuming. Need better systems to handle multiple registration and billing counters.

    Not at all worth visiting.
    The food was the only good part.
    The staff were not at all cooperative. Late check in were given. Also charged us more for their fault. Also the property is not as it looks in the pictures. Not worth it.

    Good location and comfortable beds
    -Very rowdy and unmannered guests causing disturbances -Hotel not really suitable for foreigners -Illegal WiFi monitoring. Everything you browse is logged and used for commercial purposes by The Fern. We booked a ticket to 2 destinations using the WiFi and the day after I got spammed that my check-in at the Fern in those 2 destinations is ready. How is that legal and allowed?!

    NOT FOR WESTERN FAMILIES
    Rooms were large, clean and fairly recently renovated. Most of the staff (and there were a lot of them) were friendly and attentive
    Not really suitable for families. The amenities that are advertised (squash, gym, billiards, table tennis, etc) are associated with a "members club" that operates under the same roof and not available for hotel guests to use. The pool primary operates for swimming lessons or members swimming lengths...not for children splashing around. The pool is also closed on Mondays...a fact missing from advertising and the compendium. Swimming caps are required for anyone wishing to use the pool There were approximately six locals in the room next to our children who were having a party, including receiving more alcohol via room service at midnight. Staff refused to intervene, so I was left to deal with them.
