Good hotel for work

The hotel is a good 3 stars hotel even for Spanish and European standards. Good hotel for work. Big rooms. And it is in Magarpatta city, a nice city quarter with less noice and more walking areas than the rest of Pune.

The wifi system they use is absolute crazy and very inconvenient. It is necessary to insert, again and again, an Indian mobile number and a code. I've never seen that in a hotel. Definitely they should change that, and I would have rated the hotel with a 9, instead of an 8.

Great place to stay but loyalties not respected.

Good location. Close proximity to the airport and accessibility to malls, residential areas and entertainment zones in Magarpatta locality. Breakfast spread was delectable. High standards of cleanliness all across,

Inflexible policies with respect to date change. Gave an impression that the management does not respect relationship building with customers. I believe there is ample room for improvement in this area.

It was a lovely and wonderful stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and always helping. Food choices wonderful. Fresh fruits juicy and sweet. Hot dishes prepared to orders were a treat to cherish.

All the staff were attentive and extremely helpful. I needed a suitcase couriered to Mumbai, the collection happened as I was out. All dealt with very professionally.

Where are the hair dryers? I did request but not fulfilled, as last visit.

Mentioned above what i did not like. Front desk and reservation team seems to be uneducated people.

Breakfast spread was good.

Front Desk and Reservation team. They need to be trained properly in customer interaction. I had to open my bag and display to prove i did not steal bathroom towel. Shame on front desk. I would not take their towel if it is given free also. Please convey this message to front desk and reservation team
