Location. Rooms .

Restaurant staff. Not happy and unpleasant Reception staff were nice. Someone was sick by the pool we reported to reception straight away by the time we left the pool hours later it was still there. Not pleasant. Stayed many times but this time the staff really need to be nicer. Especially restaurant staff . Eating wasn't pleasant times

Wonderful relaxing week in top class hotel

Rooms spotless food first class Spa wonderful and staff very friendly never any queues for food , plenty of choice one of the best hotels we have stayed for quality of food and service would definitely return.

Very enjoyable and will return sometime.

Everything good location, very clean . I am a fussy eater but there was always something to suit me.

There was things going on on Christmas Day round the pool that we didnt know anything about. So we were a bit disappointed with lack of information.
