The "dog policy" should be spelled out clearly on Booking.com
Arriving after a 10 hour drive from Phuket, I was told that there would be a compulsory "upgrade" to an annex because of our little dog. Compulsory, and ,...against extra payment....
Also there is a dog fee of I think 500 bath to be paid. Although this is fairly standard in Thailand, I think it should be mentioned before booking.
The explanation that I should have booked on their website , and not on booking.com to know the real conditions, is simply not acceptable and made me quite upset.
Nevertheless, this is a place with a certain class, rare in Hua Hin.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location. Proximity to beach and shopping. Gardens and buildings well cared for and very comfortable. Excellent beds.
Construction next door was very noisy starting in the early hours and not stopping until late. The Pool Villa 7 also backs onto the hotel kitchen which is also noisy for the same time period.

The hotel is not too big, very elegant and on the beach itself.
Staff was very helfull.
Breakfast is excellent and swimming pool as well.
Very recommend
The Internet in the room wasn't strong and intend to go to get disconnected once in a while.

We love coming here with our kids and dog.
Cocktails, music and staff. The pool is great. A bit busy at weekends. Dog friendly :)
Until they ban single use plastic in Thailand, no beach will be clean on the mainland. Its always a depressing sight.
