    Amazing value if you don't require highest luxury
    Amazing value for the money. If you don't require high luxury standards, this is a good place to stay. AC was working well. They offer good food at extremely low prices. Breakfast is basic, but good and plenty. For backpackers, I think this is a great stay with great value. Pretty beach with calm areas where smaller kids can also go into the water.
    We travelled with a 2yr old, so the location was not ideal to get to the beach. You have to walk on the street with lots of traffic. Wifi didn't work properly in our room.

    Great value for money!
    Amazing standard at an affordable price. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Our host was super friendly and kind. Breakfast every morning was also great. We especially liked the Christmas decorations that were recently put up!
    The only downside to this property is the location however it is only a short tuktuk ride to turtle beach and Unawatuna or if you have a scooter this would be ideal.

    Totally worth your money, hotel is placed in a really convenient area.
    The location is really convenient. Very close to the Thalpe beach near the natural pool and to public transport
    Tv was damaged and cable tv was not available. Couldnt watch anything on the tv

    Contacted easily with friendly response, clean and comfy rooms with required utilities. Food was tasty according to requests. Clean surroundings with plants
    Wi-fi is little slow than expected but do the job w/o any concern. It is good if the shower pressure and hot water included. But there was nothing bad about the overall experience

    Amazing location, calm and the room was amazingly equipped with what a traveler needs!
    When I arrived the room was available only after 16:00. But they took care with it very nicely
