Service was excellent. Staff at the reception ware very nice and helpful especially Ramadan. Rooms are very clean and spacy. Food was very good. The pool is big and nice for the kids.

5 STAR Holiday Experience!
My husband and I stayed at Andaz for over 3 weeks during the holidays. The beach front hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location to the Nakheel mall and the park ideal. Our suite was so comfortable, clean and luxurious! The breakfast buffet is exceptional. We were treated with exceptional service and care.
Special mention to Jinky at the front desk, Tarek, Ramadan, Gary, and doorman. Poolside bartender Manoj and partner Shankar were wonderful, always making us feel welcome. The room cleaning crew spotless work! Thank you, Andaz staff, for making our 1st experience in Dubai and the Andaz hotel a holiday to remember! Bravo!

Superb classy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with a breakfast to die for.
We loved it.
Spectacular design in all aspects, from wall coverings to furniture.
Breakfast from all over the world, had so much choice, and attentive staff made it a highlight of the day.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, everyone had a smile and were only eager to help.
View from our room, was toward the sea and was really nice.
Little on the pricy side, but its what we expected.
