The cleanliness.

The staff put us into the wrong room category and we also waiting 3 hours for our room. The room should have been available at 3pm but we didnt get it until 6:30pm

Excellent breakfast with variety of food to choose from. Top quality service, staff and facilities. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

I didnt like check-in/check-out that still a traditional process. I hate waiting during check-in/check-out process. And the Hotel playing louder music inside the restaurant.

Location, facilities, vibes.

We had unpleasant situation with the receptionist, she gave us a twin room at the second floor although we booked a king sized bed on a higher floor, we spoke with her twice and she said all rooms were booked!! We spoked to the manager and he fixed our situation immediately. I think some receptionists need to work on their hospitality! We usually come to Dubai twice to three times a month and we will not book this hotel again.
