An excellent treat
I booked 2 club rooms as a treat for Christmas. The staff on checkin were super helpful, and it was probably the first time that we felt appreciated as returning guests. The additional facilities of the club rooms was such a delight, the view from the club room lounge over breakfast or afternoon tea was amazing. And the afternoon tea should not be overlooked, small bites of happiness.
There seemed to be a shortage of sun loungers on the beach in the early afternoon.

Staff amazing, and club lounge was excellent, everyone so attentive. Nice aswell to have the option to have breakfast outside with stunning views.

Fantastic location with great facilities, excellent breakfast and amazing staff.
Fantastic location - easy access to JBR, Marina and Bluewaters. All walking distance. The room was very spacious with beautiful toiletries and a view over the marina. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and on the beach and the food and drink we ordered on the beach was really good. We were there for Christmas and the decorations were beautiful, a lot of effort had been put into the festivities. This was my second visit and I'll definitely return.

Warm, friendly, happy staff. Location was excellent. Comfy and plentiful sun loungers. Good food.
The poolside area & toilets look tired and need renovation. It was impossible to get away from high-energy music. It is played all day at the pool and the place next door to the beach plays very loud music daily. Our rooms were noisy as we were near lifts and could hear evening entertainment below.

Security guard policing on people. This is really rude and impolite. They are not with smiling face and don't know how to approach guests.
