We did not like many things.
We spent some time in Dubai after we had to go to Abu Dhabi and in the end of our trip we were planning to stay in Ocean View. We are big family with lot of bags and 1 car only. So I called to the call Centre 048145599, explained the situation and asked if we can leave 1 our bag in the hotel's storage room while we are traveling in Abu Dhabi. They said - yes, no problem, bring the bag, they will assist you.
What do u think happened when we brought our bag? Man in white kandura said they can not keep our bag. So why did your call center give me wrong information? I spent my time driving all the way just to get nothing. That man in kandura said - oh, no worries, I personally will check why they gave you this information, he took the time I called to the call Centre, he took my phone number and said once we are back to Dubai from Abu Dhabi and when it will be time to spend in Ocean View we will get some special treatment bcz of that horrible mistake. Guess what? Did he do anything? Did we get anything? No! Full of disappointment!
When we were checking in at the reception no one is smiling, no one is friendly, everyone is cold and doing just their job, but giving a smile is also part of the job as a receptionist, did not like it at all.
My family stayed in this hotel more than 10 times, and long time ago they got some card JA resorts and hotels with promo code saying that they can get some discount for the room. Upon check in we asked if we can get any discount bcz we are holding that card - the lady at the reception did not know - so again that man in kandura came and said - you know, this card we don't use it for a long time, now we have other discounts and gave us some booklet with discounts to the restaurants. He was saying that this booklet is much better and much valuable. Guys, are you kidding me?
