The staff at zenzi beach they need training, one was not welcoming at all and rolled her eyes. The other argued about a dish even tho we saw the ingredients on the plate and the menu it was definitely the wrong dish.
In room dining we were served raw chicken was very pink and a soup that tasted like water no flavor whatsoever
Room cleaning was so and so, floor was very dirty and dusty so was the tables
At the end i forgot an item in a room and when I called the receptionist I asked her if she could send someone to the room to bring the item she told me that that room number does not exist
Hotel is okay its nice just just feel the staff needs training and in room dining a needs to be improved

Beautiful location, Breathtaking Views and Scenery and great place for holidays break away from work
Room was excellent with a great view of the Palm Area and breakfast was wonderful and great scenery. Pool area was beautiful and peaceful. Family oriented and I will certainly visit this Hotel and Resort for holiday purposes in the near future.

Enjoyed the stay but didnt enjoy our evening at the Zenzi beach restaurant.staff were very rude an.
We enjoyed breakfast in the club lounge each day . The staff there were very friendly and attentive especially Earl and Alex
Didnt like how many children were in the pool . Thought they should have been in childrens pool not the main pool . They were very noisy
