Great hotel experience, poor beach experience.

Facilities onsite, excellent food, caters to families and service in the hotel is excellent.

Felt disappointed with the service on the beach area in comparison to pool. People reserving 8 beds for 2 people and staff allowing it. Service was non-existent. Some people received water, others didnt. Trying to arrange for lunch or drinks with no staff supporting or avoiding. Ended up going back to the pool area for lunch.

Stunning hotel

Everything is beautiful at this hotel, rooms are large, amazing facilities and the staff are wonderful.

Christmas Dinner at the Dhow and Anchor was slightly overpriced for the type of restaurant it is. Still, the food was delicious.

Excellent breakfast with many options, amazing views, very nice beach. Beautiful location at the beach and there are many pools with excellent bar service.

It is difficult to get gluten free food. In the Breakfast restaurant there is a table with gluten free options but it is not safe for celiac disease people because the items are just there near from other kind of food.

hotel facilities are outstanding, staffs are supper friendly and professional. pools are warm and clean. foods and breakfasts are great.

but the rooms and the main building is aged, it needs to get renovation.

Fantastic stay. Stunning views.

Hotel was amazing and staff couldnt do more during the stay.

Booking.com payment wasnt taken during booking so caused issue upon check in. It would be good if it was clear when card details are put in that payment has been taken or not
