Superb

The view from the window was amazing. The corner room allows us to observe almost all of the city. The hotel's location is handy, close to the metro, shopping centers, and sightseeing. All are within walking distance.

The column in the middle of the room greatly reduces the size of the room

Perfect location, very friendly staff, great food.

There was a minor issue with the lights in our room, in 4 days we could not figure out how and which buttons turn on and off the lights properly, it was quite randomly working.

Good quality but misses something to be a 5 stars hotel

Good location to move around also by foot. Nice view from both the room and the rooftop/swimming pool. Very good room service and nice touch having free snacks/drinks in the room and at the bar during all day.

Cleaning was messy, housekeeping said they would have come at 11, they never did. At 3PM had to ask 3 times to reception to send someone. For being a 5 stars hotel, a little weird to see the staff not even dressing a uniform (they look random people from the street) nor bringing you to your room.

Magnificient hotel, the true Andaz spirit with good value for money

Insane view over Singapore. Rooms are fantastic, the Andaz spirit is present everywhere. Super nice staff in the hotel, professional and caring. Very efficient elevators, everything is clean, neat, and smells so good. Big up for the shower gel and shampoo. Lovely rooftop bar with great cocktails. The gym is very nice as well.

In-room dining was a bit disappointing. Asked for a rare meat for my burger, and it was overly cooked. Rooftop bar staff was rather cold and looked bothered.

I actually like this place fit for king's.and king's family based on a story line i build in tik tok, but I wrongly booked it thinking it was 23trd of November 2023 for sheikh yassir qadhi stay in Singapore. Is it possible to change it for 23th instead since I haven get the refund. But nevemrmind lah...u can do what you like...#slacking #dreamchaser #dreamcatcher #lepak for Kings Andaz.

I didnt like anything yet,because I no showed the previous stay in, but if you forward the booking to the 23rd I can get the view from how a king feels...thank you.
