Centrally located with helpful and pleasant staff. Great gym and pool facilities. Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Will stay again if I come to Singapore

Overall everybody is happy from the children to the eldery, we are very satisfy with our stay
The staff from the front door , Reception, Housekeeping every body is so helpful and give us a very warm feeling
We really like staying in Intercontinental as the service is very personalize
The variety of the breakfast, the restaurant serve the same foods everyday . which is me and my family expect we can have
more varieties of local foods

It is a good location. Very central.
The breakfast room was very often crowded. You have to wait when you arrive at 9 am. So, we had to come earlier. The breakfast also didn't change at all. Everyday the same breakfast.

Other than the room is great, the rest are average.
Spacious room, cleanliness and location
Breakfast Room food variety is limited, staff seem not trained. Coffee and Tea orders took very long, doesnt know where salad is when another customer asked. Claypots covers are too heavy and slippery. And no complimentary parking for hotel guests. Many hotels in Singapore dont own the car park too. But most can provide complimentary parking for hotel guests.

Location is great so convenient, shopping just right out of the door and next to mrt station.. staff are well attentive and given free breakfast as am travelling with 3 kids on my own.

DISGUSTING, SMELLY, OLD, DIRTY, A DISGRACE TO THE NAME INTERCONTINENTAL
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The smell is so bad even in the lobby. They use perfume to try to cover the stench. Room was filthy, smelled like urine and got a TICK! Ruined our holiday and charged us full price.
We arrived late at night. We decided to see a different area of Singapore. Our last stay was the Four Seasons on Orchard Rd. Big Mistake. We were first taken to our room in the Heritage wing, the corridor leading into the room smelled really bad with something like petrol or diesel fumes. When entering our room it was really strong in there and also a really bad old mouldy musty smell. We rang reception to see if we could change rooms. I asked the man that came to show us to our new room if there were newer rooms ( I assumed maybe the heritage wing was older). he just laughed at me an didnt answer. He took us to another room - opened the door and just left. We went in and found ourselves in a worse room than before. It smelt like really strong urine. Really disgusting . We decided as it was just one night and it was so late that we would have to put up with it. We brewed coffee in the room to try to mask the smell, had a shower and went to bed.W hen we got up in the morning we decided to try to pack up and get out of there. So I had a shower and felt something stinging on the back of my leg behind my knee. I saw what looked like an insect on my leg and scratched it , leaving the head attached to me. I realised that it was a tick. Yes - a TICK. It was not attached the night before as I had a shower and put cream on my legs so it definately came from the room. Hotel told me to go to Raffles clinic to get a Doctor to remove it. Not realising that The Raffles Clinic was actually like an ER and patients were triaged so I sat for hours waiting with people with COVID until they said that I wouldnt be seen for at least 2 hours. So I missed my only day in Singapore and basically had to pack and go to the airport. Hotel did not offer any room discount - but a car to the airport. So I had to fly back to Sydney with a tick head in my leg. My Dr in Australia removed it and gave me a tetanus - just in case. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.
