Very good

Great serviced apartment at the heart of Orchard

Location is very convenient, in the heart of Orchard Road. The link bridge to Paragon is a plus. Staffs were willing to go extra miles. I went on a surgery and staff was very nice to lend me a wheelchair. Communication thru WA was very convenient too. Recommended

The AC was not working well, cudnt be controlled properly & noisy

Great experience

the suite was well furnished and cosy. the location was great. though the directions to paragon was a little confusing.

Had some issues with the speaker in the living area. even after the maintenance came to fixed it, it had the same issue afterwards. the wifi connection wasn't very good. instructions as to how to link to the room wifi was not clear as well.

Room is clean, location is good though not the best in Orchard. Room is smaller than our regular service apartment and twice the price.

There's no complimentary parking available thus making short term stay longer than 2 weeks difficult for guests travelling with car. Breakfast area food was reasonably priced but taste wise average.

Very good

Overall great location and great hotel.

Comfy bed and pillows, good quality linen , cool wooden key card, great coffee and water facilities, convenient super close location, good gym.

No milk or creamer for coffee, asked to join club to access wifi, lobby wifi didnt work. Loud AC and lights that disturb good quality sleep.

Improve your air con and exhaust system... Too noisy

Location

The air con and exhaust system was very noisy and did asked for assistance but nothing was done to improve. I checked in 3 days and all this 3 days I have to bear with the noisy sound especially 1sr day. Disappointed trip. Unable to sleep well. Another problem was the door handler, not the first time it was loose and hope this can be improved.
