    The ANEW Hotel Hatfield Pretoria impressed guests with its welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food and drinks. The hotel showcased a beautiful and clean interior, comfortable rooms w (Read More)ith great amenities, and efficient service. The location near the Gautrain station and various activities was convenient, but some guests noted that the area could be noisy at night. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and would consider returning in the future.

    The staff members (manager and receptionist) were very rude and didnt want to assist to resolve a problem which was caused by system. We had to stand our ground for us to be assisted. we booked and paid for a deluxe room but instead got an outdated apartment with leaking bathroom taps, faulty air-conditioners, bathroom taps that looked like they were about to fall out and makeshift kitchen cupboards. Furthermore , the restaurant didnt have bottled water on a very hot day and the bar was not properly stocked.

    No coffee table, i dint like those bathtub showers - just install a shower and get rid of the tub. Aircon drips inside the room. The carpets could be cleaner as they have stains. No cutlery in the room.

    The hotel provided exactly what we needed for a quick one night stay in Pretoria
    We did not have breakfast, everything at the hotel was up to our expectation. Neat clean and tidy, the room was comfortable and the reception staff were welcoming

    I highly recommend this hotel. What you see is what you get there.
    From the 24/7 security guards to cleaners and receptionist, everything was just perfectly fine, and the service was great. Also, the stuff was so welcoming. Even the neatness and freshness of this hotel is on another level, not even mentioning the respect and humbleness that everyone has. And the way I was so comfortable, I even forgot to check out on time, and they had to call me again just to remind me that my check out time has clocked.
