    The location of the property
    This was my worst experience at Hotel224. To say it was appalling would be an understatement. I intentionally allocated a room with a faulty bathroom. The toilet water was just running. In a city with water scarcity it was a shock to me to experience such irresponsibility. Imagine using a bucket in a hotel room. The staff was racist or xenophobic. They kept on communicating in Tswana or Sotho even though they were aware I was from Swaziland. I mistakenly left my laptop charger and when I came to request for it I was sent from pillar to post. I ended having to leave without it. I hope they gonna eat it. The hotel is in a great location it would help to have not so mean personnel.

    I made a minor mistake I choose 1 guest in a room whereas we were two but we paid same money for two people with breakfast. When we wanted to go and eat breakfast they refused that the other one must eat breakfast the said I must pay extra . I disappointed us

    Well, the costs are reasonable and affordable at your facility.
    There was no breakfast given to us and this was a disappointing experience. We were told that the money we paid didnt include breakfast and it was a surprise to us. In 2022, the booking was made by our church and we had breakfast. Well I didnt know how much they paid for us. So we were under the impression that money we paid will include breakfast.
    Shower and basins look old and unclean. The bedding linens look old, their original color seems to be white but they are looking cream white.
