lovely and cannot wait to be back

incredible service staff and great location. went there to celebrate my partner's and my anniversary and the hotel was so sweet to decorate our room with a hand written card. huge and spacious room and lovely unlimited pantry of snacks and refreshments. looking forward to staying here again!

The staff were incredible right off the bat. The hotel has a laundry room that is free which was helpful. They also had some sort of concession area that is free for all and looked cute. The hotel is located quite central from the mrt station, hawker centre and bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Ann Siang House. If you are a foodie this area is for you

The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are an abundance of eateries to choose from in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. The interiors of our room and bathroom were lovely, elegant and well-appointed. It was also nice having a long balcony. It did not feel like a typical hotel room. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had the Studio Premier and our granddaughter had her own area that had a sofa bed. It was like having a 2-bedroom apartment. The only problem was that at night, to switch on the bathroom light all the lights on her side of the room would switch on as well.

Excellent, staff were excellent. The common area had free snacks/coffee and free auto washing/dryer!

Bathroom door opened inwards which made it a little difficult to get in and out and the bed position made it hard to enter on the far/window side.
