    Would stay again as staff were cery good and pleasant and night accommodation
    Staff were friendly and efficient hotel was warm clean me comfortable and easy to access
    That charges for dog were per night - why ? As additional charge is surely for cleaning which is the same regardless of how many nights you stay surely ? Could it be one charge rather than a nightly charge

    Beautiful room with a wonderful view
    The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are spacious and always very clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
    The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast. Half of it was burnt and the other undercooked. Ill go continental next time I think.

    Lovely hotel, nice staff, service good, room nice, great shower, on this occassion rubbish food.

    This was the first time I have stayed at Ansty Hall and I was travelling for work, next time I visit our offices in Ansty Park I will stay at the Double Tree Hilton which is on the other side of the roundabout to Ansty Hall. My evening meal of burger and fries was over priced (22) for what I got. The buger was very average, brioche bun was not toasted, two slices of processed cheese (not melted) no side salad, slaw etc. with a big pile of fries that I think probably just came from a bag of frozen chips. I would of been very disappointed if I was paying. Because the main was a bit rubbish I did not order dessert and went to Tesco instead. Note there is a KFC opposite Tesco if you want quick and easy food. Then at my breckfast (16), I had egg benadict, two eggs on a muffin, lots and lots of sauce and a very small amount of ham. Lovely building, nice staff, rubbish food expecially if you are not claiming it back.

    Hotel was cold, shabby and lots of things were broken but staff were friendly.
    The location was good for our purposes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening meal and breakfast were both good.
    The bedrooms were not heated upon arrival so we had to keep our coats on in the rooms. The shower door was hanging off so we had to change rooms as it was unsafe. Our new room was also very cold, the sink drain was blocked and the bathroom floor tiles moved when I walked on them. My partner and I went to the bar to keep warm and both drinks we ordered were unavailable. The hotel was being renovated, which was not stayed on Booking.com or other particulars.

    Was very unorganised . Waited 20 minutes to get served in the bar . Very basic in every way .
    Nothing much . Was out dated with even taking into account of the old building
