    The location is good, the breakfst was good too.
    The Spa area is too small, the steam room wasnt working, the sauna is big enough just for 3 ppl. The pool water was cold.

    Fine but a little expensive for what we got!
    Breakfast was good but most things took a long time to be refilled so waited a while; room service was good; staff were welcoming. Quiet room.
    Uncomfortable beds. No usual cookie offered on either day!

    Very average, staff were excellent but hotel poor standards for money paid
    The pool was cold and my son with autism didnt like it. We only booked this hotel due to spa . The steam room not working. When we asked they said the pool had been cold for a while due to part they are waiting for. Very bad they should tell customers.
    Rooms quite basic, sink in toilet has water over flowing , not nice view outside rooms 342 just very basic hotel for a Hilton 4*. Very poor value for money. Wasnt worth what we paid

    Luxurious surroundings, spacious room, cosy bed. Great location. Cannot hear the motorway nearby.
    Being charged for parking and very expensive breakfast.

    We had a great stay to some extent, our room was clean and atmosphere was very nice, nice location but the only thing ab
    It was nice hotel and clean
    We didnt have a mini fridge in the room which I think is weird as every hotel provides this in the room, its a basic necessity that is required.

    Lovely, accommodating and enjoyable.
    Good location to motorway networks, friendly and professional staff-members who are able to accommodate our needs without compromising our independence. The food was fantastic and the resources were as advertised. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay.
