Another relaxing stay
Efficient and friendly staff, we arrived on Christmas day lunch time and were met with a lovely warm welcome by Evalina.
Check-in was quick and simple
VERY Comfortable bed, which made it difficult to get out of it every morning ..
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice, everything perfectly and freshly cooked.
plenty of parking.
The lift to the upper floor was out of order the whole four days of our stay.
We appreciate this was over the Christmas break and maintenance probably unavailable.
Other people letting their doors slam late at night and early in the morning instead of holding their doors until closed...
*** This is not the hotels fault. It has more to do with inconsiderate people.

I wasn't told when I checked in that the lift was out of order, and I struggled with the stairs.
The room was cold, and I couldn't get the thermostat to work.
I was told that I couldn't eat in the restaurant because there wasn't enough staff on.
