    Great apartment for a family with teenagers.
    Fab location, very clean and perfect for a family with teenagers, everyone had a space.
    We were told that the apartment would not be cleaned everyday which didn't bother us but we did not get our towels, toilet rolls and coffee renewing, we had to ask which wasn't a problem for them to supply us with fresh towels, and toilet roll but would have appreciated if this was done without asking.

    The property is conveniently in at the heart of the city centre making it very easy to travel around the city to various tourist attractions. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was clean and perfect for our short getaway.

    Great apartment in a great location
    This is a fantastic set of apartments right in the centre of the city. Great value and well equipped with everything you need. Linda on reception is so friendly and was so lovely when we arrived, she really stood out. Thank you for a great stay!

    It is a nice apartment and would stay again for the convenience and location.
    The room is clean and bathroom was clean too. The Kitchen had everything needed and easy to use. Location is good as it is next to shopping malls so easy to walk to. Easy access to car parks, coach station and train station. Good concession rates with nearby car park for city centre location.
    I didn't like the fact that the staff did not warn me the car park they have concession with is closed on Christmas day, if i was warned then I would have parked elsewhere to prevent my car being locked in. Signs in car park were not clear enough as another family experienced the same. The dining table is a bit too big for the room as there wasn't much space in standard rooms.
