Ideal for a city break

We arrived earlier than expected but the lovely lady at check-in allowed us to check in early. The room was quiet, comfortable and pleasantly warm. The hotel's location couldn't be more central which is ideal for walking and exploring. The room had coffee and tea making facilities, TV and wi-fi. It suited us perfectly.

We had been told that the hotel is due for refurbishment next year and in some places this showed, particularly some of the carpets which looked very "tired". But that is just a tiny criticism. The staff were extremely helpful and overall we had a really pleasant stay at a reasonable price.
