    A ruined stay at Arabian Park Hotel
    We got an upgrade as I was Genius Level 3. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
    The staff obviously didnt consider requests from messages when booking. Id requested when booking a room away from the lift - we were the first room next to it, a non smoking room - it smelled of smoke, and lastly away from families with young children - we had a locked door joined to the next room that had a family who communicated by shouting to each other all night and who woke us up 2 to 3 times up to 2am. 3 asks, all ignored. When we asked for a taxi, there were private over priced drivers instead of local taxis. Id suggest avoiding them and walking out as we learnt its pretty easy to catch a cab as you walk out.

    No exhaust fan in bathroom. Window curtains sides had too much light coming in from sides. I booked a two twin bed but received a king bed room. No grocery on walking distance. Deli shop inside hotel was expensive paid 9$ for one cold chicken sandwich Breakfast was just so so

    Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were lovely by the pool. The lights in the pool at night are amazing..
    The pool has no sunshine due to high buildings close by. It was beautiful for swimming and warm but I prefer the option to sunbathe also.

    Its very close to Dubai mall and different areas, I also liked that the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very nice especially Reyad he helped us with a lot. The breakfast was also nice and put well together
