Perfect location, the subway is 2 blocks, Bryant park, everything is near, safe and quiet are, roof beautiful views of the empire. Our room was ready for check in early was perfect because we arrived so early, also we had check out late. Thank you for the crew of this hotel.
Even they clean the rooms daily if you want, I have to request several things daily like more towels, body moisturizer, toilet paper, etc. The room was small, but you can survive.

Perfect place.
The location is great everything is near in some blocks. The roof has incredible views of the empire. The hotel is quite even is a half block of 5 & 6 Av.
The room is small, but we survived, Ill prefer good location and a safe area.

Great place for Manhattan exploration. Nice rooftop bar, and lobby bar.
Great location just a few blocks from Times Square, Macys, Rockerfeller, and Empire State. We had a great Empire state view from our room. The food and drink were great and staff were super helpful and friendly.
The beds seemed small but were exactly as booked, two standard doubles. Next time well book King or Queen.

Very disappointing stay. The rooms were extremely small and not clean. Would not recommend staying there.
Not much.
The staff was extremely unhelpful. We left the room at 8am and came back at 9pm to find out that the rooms were not cleaned and untouched. When we called the front desk they barely apologised and said they cant do anything as they dont have anyone to clean.

A Wonderful Stay at The Archer New York Hotel - November 2023
We stayed at the Archer Hotel NYC in November and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were helpful and welcoming and they facilitated our request for a room on a high floor. We celebrated a birthday while at The Archer and were delighted to find a surprise birthday cupcake on arrival - a very thoughtful gesture. Our Empire View guest room was amazing with a wonderful view of the Empire State Building, as described. The room was stylish with a good design that offered space for storing our luggage. It was modern and clean and the beds were so comfortable, particularly after those long walks around the city! The extras included bathrobes and slippers, books, teatime treats and a fridge beside the minibar which was very convenient to store extra milk for tea/coffee or juice - such a welcome addition for families, in particular. The rooftop bar is amazing with good bar food and it gives a great view of the city. The Archer is a beautiful New York hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing in Manhattan but it's main strength is it's staff who know the importance of good customer service and we especially want to thank Scott who went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our birthday celebration stay. We look forward to another visit in the future and will recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to NYC.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to include international customers in the loyalty scheme/$25 voucher deal as it seems to be only available for USA customers at present.

Perfect family hotel with a great location!
Perfect location - great walking distance for Bryant park, Macys, grand central etc perfect location. Out of the hustle and bustle but great viewing pick an empire state room. Staff are fab and couldnt do enough for you.
Great size fridge to keep water and fruit and only a ten minute walk to liberty bagels for breakfast!
Gerald the elf loved the view too!!
Not far from some great bars in 230 fifth and Oscar Wilde Bar
Honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in when we visit NY and will definitely visit again.
