Superb

Really nice place to stay and enjoy NY

Reception was great, we arrived earlier and even got the room. The location is really great to visit manhattan. Really close to Bryant park and Times Square where you can get almost all metro and buses. Breakfast was great and staff really kind.

The room could have a bit more lights. I was not really fan of the concrete texture style of the roof in the room. but else, it was great.

The location, the restaurant on first floor, the view at the bar on the top floor

The night table between the beds in a 2 bedroom room doesnt have room to even put your glasses on at night The bar at the top floor should offer more things to go either way the drinks

bathroom was dirty. made me leary of bedding and other cleanliness. went to the bar at the roof and the attendant gave us a hard time about getting a drink. (more worried about what was going on with her phone.

Stunning interiors and spacious suites

This hotel had a stunning interior decoration. It is clean, modern and very spacious. We stayed at a 2 rooms suite with a living room and kitchen. Hotel had all the facilities a gym, yoga room, a very cool cafe, pool and outside sitting area.

Perfect location and comfortable stay!

The hotel was centrally located to everything! On 39th between 5th and 6th streets. (Going down) Macy's and multiple shopping destinations. (Going up) Times Square, Broadway, and Rockefeller. All within walking distance! Subway was located right on the corners of 6th street! The Thanksgiving Day parade was right off of 6th going down towards 34th St. Perfect location to watch! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to hold our luggage before check-in and after check-out without problems. Super satisfied with our stay!

There are 2 water bottles in the room. Even if you don't drink them, they will charge you $6/bottle.... Thought that was absurd... I requested for the 2 I was charged for and drank them afterward since a refund was not granted.
