    Guests praised The Arden Hotel And Leisure Club for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast selection. The leisure centre was enjoyable with a nice pool and jacuzzi. One guest enjoy (Read More)ed the afternoon tea at the Burgundy restaurant, complimenting the sandwiches and cakes. Despite some small issues like slow service for drink refills, they had an overall good experience and would consider revisiting in the future.

    Non existant. I elected to get in my car and leave
    Restaurant was closed, planned apparently, although this was not made clear at the time of booking. I had just got back into the country and needed a meal. The bar had no draft beer whatsover. It seems that holiday parties took priority over hotel guests.

    Shame it was not possible to walk to and from the NEC... otherwuse the hotel was ace
    staff , room, pool and food all good
    I booked this hotel as it was advertised as walking distance from the NEC...but due to road works and a closed bridge over the train station, there was no way to walk to and from the NEC. This meant taking taxis on every journey and a lot of wasted time trying to walk

    Basic plus, value hotel. Clean and functional.
    Basic, but nice. We enjoyed using the swimming pool.
    Not well signposted when walking from Birmingham International. We ended up at the back of the hotel and had to enter via the Leisure Club. The Restaurant wasnt open (we didnt know that when we booked) and there was no draught beer or lager in the bar. Our room had no heating and we had to ask 4 times before a radiator was provided. The bar meals were ok, but served lukewarm. However the rooms had everything we needed, and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was fine.
