    This was my second stay at the guest house, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The early check-in process is convenient, the atmosphere is very cozy, the room is comfortable. Our host was very kind, the breakfast was perfect! The guest house is in walking distance from the centre, and offers parking spaces as well. I would definitely return!

    This will be the first place I will look to stay at whenever I am in Inverness,.
    everything - location, spacious room & comfortable bed, huge en-suite, food, value for money, friendly staff. The bedroom has nice touches, it was like a home from home, this is a premium property for a low cost, it felt I had robbed the owner a little it was so cheap !

    A shame! Nothing positive!

    Self check in and check out, which means nobody cares about you, zero human contact at arrival. Bedroom on a very noisy street. Very old dirty mattress placed on a plank of wood ! Quirky bed, extremely uncomfortable. Dirty floor, moisture everywhere on the ceiling of the bathroom: highly unhealthy! You hear everything from the other rooms ( all details!). When we complained, the owner was so upset on me , she denied all, telling me that I was wrong and that it was normal to sleep on a plank of wood. She changed our room but it was even worse, a real disaster. Then the breakfast: syrup fruits out of a can, no real coffee but instant fake coffee. The floor in the breakfast area was so dirty. Finally we could get to stay only one night instead of 2. But the woman was so arrogant to us , she even did not say goodbye. A real shame! We absolutely do not recommend this place!
