Room was dirty, bathroom had hair from last guest on the tiles and floor mats. Champagne cork under bathroom sink from last guest too wasnt even looked at when I complained about the hair.
Shower was horrible facing towards you and not draining.
Could barely open and close second sink taps.
Only one USB port was operating.
The hallway constantly smelt of old fried food and burnt plastic and not regularly vacuumed
Not allowed to even keep water or any items in the fridge
Room needs an upgrade its worn out.

This property is too big for its own good. Over 4000 rooms means service is awful.
1. Queued for 40min to check in
2. Took an hour to get our bags in the room
3. Water $10
4. No wine glasses
5. Amenities are absolute bare minimum
6. No gowns
7. No personal touches
8. Room service is an hour wait
My advice is to stay somewhere else.

could do so much better in room presentation and offer a spotless one.
Nice room, nice space and wonderful gadgets. the fridge was hot. did not work. i loved the location and the hotel decoration
my room had a water leak in the bath tub. the cleaning was not so good, my wife complained about "dust" in the room, the frame in the bathromm was broken as the toilet paper holder was broken too. the heat was not strong enough.

I was there for two nights and five times, I called for a service room, and nobody showed up.
The service room is awful. I went to the corridor to find a server room cleaner and get a towel.
It was very shameful. My girlfriend asked me if it was a motel or hotel.

The parking lot should be improved , I lost my event because I could not leave the parking, it was crowded and the system to go out did not work properly. There are only 3 electricity systems to recharge the car.

Great views and prime location next to the Shops at The Crystals.
Rude staff, room was covered in a layer of dust. We were there to celebrate a birthday weekend which was not acknowledged by the staff. Moreover, we were charged with unexpected fees not outlined in booking.
