Overall very good stay. Great facilities but they need to work on their hospitality.

facilities were beautiful. there were many restaurant choices and it was in a great location.

The front desk staff were not consistent and I did not feel welcomed.

No buffet . No coffee machine or even water kettle. The toilet tissue holder is damaged . No concierge for help with luggages like all 5 stars hotel .

Hotel place cleaning offered services casino restaurants good but maintenance service very bad even on the second day after cleaning the room my wife's shoes disappeared about it we informed the person in charge of the tax and the registration department of the lobby but our problem was not solved and what about the room conditions I am very disappointed there even a normal drink water cost $2, water was paid $13, in that case, even in low-end hotels, water, tea and coffee are free in the rooms, but in this room, the bathroom lacked simple hygiene items, slippers and robe, toothbrush, napkin. when I pay a pretty good price for what I consider a luxury hotel

We loved it, even extended our stay here

If you keep the price and quality as it is, we will stay here every time we come to vegas! Clean, luxurious , new, fun ! Specious beautiful rooms, not too crowded , a lot of food options ! We had amazing time. By Redo Amenities at the room is an amazing touch to our stay! Its amazing.

They didnt the room I paid for on the first night, so we had to move on our second night to our room. For inconvenience they gave us 50$ voucher . Long wait at the reception each time. Cleaning differs from person to person, some days it was exceptional but some was not all perfect. Still its the cleanest hotel Ive been to in US! We really really loved its , and also of the demand they sent additional cleaning to our room.

The hotel itself was very nice - modern building, very clean. The staff was great. The room was nice. The view was amazing. I would rate this hotel much higher unless the drawbacks below...

The biggest disappointment - they charged us for "using mini bar" which we did not use OF COURSE. This is very frustrating, because we knew exactly that we were not going to take anything from the mini bar because of the ridiculously high price. And we didn't even touch anything there. But a couple days after our stay they sent us the invoice for 36 dollars and they took this money from our security deposit. I emailed the hotel saying that the charge was made for no reason, but they didn't respond. It makes me feel like they would have charged us anyway because this is just a way to earn some extra money... Another thing - the lines at the check in!!! This is outrageous! the lines at the front desk area were huge the whole day!! Lastly, consider the location. It will take you 50 mins to walk to the strip...

Soulless, anonymous, miles from anywhere with drab, overpriced and underequipped rooms.

Sports bar staff were great. Pool area nice and gym well equipped. Not a lot else tbh, soulless place as I guess you might expect. Blackjack tables all 6 to 5 instead of the old 3 to 2 - standard on the strip these days, sadly.

Probably a Vegas thing but - Zero facilities/comforts provided in the room, as an Englishman - not even being able to make a brew in a 300 per night hotel really was annoying. No biscuits or nibbles provided. Cold tap never ran cold, no bottled water provided, nearest refill station on ground floor. No incentives to book spa treatments or use the casino on site. Location poor, long walk to the action, shops and resto's on site are all overpriced nonsense. Did rinse the casino for a good amount though, so that was a bonus!

Other than a few areas of disappointment the facility overall was good.

The facility was five star rating

I cant say this about every restaurant because I didnt use them all, but I expected more from a five star restaurant, their two restaurants that serve breakfast was poor, the staff attitude was terrible, and room cleaning only changed out the towels and emptied out the trash.

What I love about this hotel is the shower and ever time I come in earlier then my time they always have a room available and this hotel is so clean smoke free smell Im a marine one of the best hotels is Vegas hands down
