We upgraded to a penthouse suite. We paid a lot of money and we had a very hare time getting a hold of guest services, as well as the spa, and thr in room dining staff. Food took upwards of 2 hours every time we ordered.

This place is still alive. I remember his hotel from many years back, and too this day, this is the only place that I would recommend, but if you stay here, you have to live in the main (old) building to receive the best experience. But the central lobby and the casino area looks like an airport terminal for a developing country, which overall decreases your feeling of safety and does not let you be focused on the casino games, since there a lot of rubbernecks.

That is not the sort of hotel stay to repeat or talk about.
I slipped on the tiled wet and greasy floor. I fell to the floor and twisted my ankle and leg. Ive been in bed for several days with limited mobility and no help. It was traumatic and the staff treated me poorly. I dont know what to say except that I would like to be compensated for the horrible experience and inanimate treatment from my fellow human beings. The Hotel manager wouldnt come to see me and I had to walk miles back and forth up and down that mammoth of a building. Exhaustiveat times excruciating.
Please forward to all departments, including marketing, public relations and Bellagios Corporate Attorney to help me get over the ordeal.

It wasnt their fault. Scaffolding lined the main drag in anticipation of the Formula One race. Apparently that will be a yearly occurrence now and I will plan future travel to avoid it.
