    Clean, tidy, comfortable bed, good facilities, great views. Reception staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us familiarise the area and gave suggestions and assistance over and above our queries.
    Main issue was no air-conditioning in the bedroom and being November was extremely hot and sticky for sleeping. The AC in lounge is not enough and on the wrong wall to cool the unit. Staff provided a fan still not enough to cool the room.

    The facilities were great but they were not kept clean(pool spa, steam room), the sauna and steam room did not work though..
    I booked a room with a balcony and it is actually first in first served which the terms and conditions of this felt like a scam, this was not appreciated at all. Especially when you book soemthing that you think you are paying for. I also had to come down 4 times when I first arrived as I was not given the right key/ swipe card after a flight this is the last thing you want to do when you stayed on the 22nd floor..

    Great location; it is situated in the free tram zone, allowing us to travel freely anywhere. Comfortable and convenient room; everything is provided. There is even a laundry facility in the room.
    The reception time is limited, however they kindly to take care of late check-in. Thats not a big issue.
