Amazing atmosphere, food, and customer service
The location is far from the city, the beach is beautiful and inspirational. The remoteness of the place helps to feel the uniqueness of the place. Overall the hotel and my experience is beyond any of my expectations.
The transfer was not free. and costed a lot. I had to use a taxi provided by Booking, as the prices were unreasonable.
The staff decided not to cancel the last day of my stay, even though Booking gave permission for that.

Service was second to none. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and always attentive.
Great level amenities and everything to a high standard.
Food and drinks were of a high standard.
Loved the room service feature included
We loved all aspects of the hotel and the restaurants available.
However, it felt like on the entertainment side of things, that it was lacking a little in the evening. Day activities were great but just lacking in atmosphere a little in the evenings. Maybe more seating in the theatre would help. Feels a bit spaced out

Excellent vacation - loved everything about the resort! Plan to visit again
Loved the resort. Excellent food. Exceptional room. Wonderful service. Great value. The restaurants were so good that I want to go back again soon. The Lobby Bar makes incredible real drinks. I had a grey goose dirty martini that would rival any US steakhouse martini. Delicious! We plan to visit Atelier again!
Only a few suggestions: the hand rails to the pool should come all the way out of the pool. That first deep step into the pool was difficult for my mother. One easy to add item would be a milkshake machine in the ice cream coffee shop. I also think that being able to make reservations for dinner on the app would be nice instead of having to visit one of the kiosks on property.

Everything was so easy, high quality and comfortable but the icing on the cake was the staff. So kind, happy and caring. They really looked after us.
