    Aureole Mrida offers very good service and clean, decent rooms. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is a great option for private or corporate functions with the ability to accommodate (Read More)a crowd of 100. The location is central and the food is excellent. One can definitely plan a stay here. The hotel overall is superb and the service is top-notch. The location is quiet with minimal noise from vehicles. The staff, including the receptionist and the watchman, are extremely helpful. The rooms are well maintained.

    Ants in room 212. When I complained & requests to clean up, the Hotel reception manager blamed me for having food in room. Approach road is not lit up and full of glass pieces , stones. Congested parking space Was asked to vacate swiming pool since some guest wanted have breakfast in pool.. nonsence. Bathroom tiles are not clean. Dim and dark room and bathroom. They r saving costs in cleaning up & compromising the room lightings

    The area is calm
    Wash basin in the wash room is placed awkwardly. The corner of the base projects out and accessing is difficult. The corner should have been cut in parallel to the basin.

    The staff is attentive, basic amenities and cleanliness were good.
    The size of the room and the bed size were really not fine, the bathroom is well planned but the shower unit is wrongly placed. No welness kit such as toothbrush , paste, moisturizer, hair oil, etc.. this is expected as we have paid 3 star tarrif for staying in this hotel. The entrance is slippery and the matting is just a face off, if you dont pay attention you are sure to slip. The hotel does not have a restaurant menu card and it takes ages to load from the QR code. Morning complimentary breakfast was a bit not up to the mark,, the idly was brown coloured, sambhar was sweet and sour, there was option for toasted and normal bread butter the toaster was also rustic, they could have kept butter cups instead of a slice of butter cause every time some guest used the butter knife the butter would be laddered with jam or chuteney. They served bread pakora in the morning.... crazy who eats bread pakora its just to make sure guests have this and their stomach is full and they don't crave for anything more. Fruits served were banana and watermelon.. something even cheap could have been explored by the chef. Overall the experience was just fine and manageable.

    Ok place for a stay.
    The location is good and the property is well maintained.
    The staff should request guests to not gather and talk in the lobby as if no other guests are there. They were talking so loud that too very late at night that it was tough to sleep

    Very good place for couples & Families.
    The location is good. Near Narayani Dham where you can get Auto's easily or even you can call them at hotel. (In Lonavala no other public transport is available for sightseeing if you don't have your own vehicle) Hotel Rooms - Room was clean and spacious with all basic facilities. Common Area - Very good place to spend the evening time near the pool. Swimming pool - Clean and have good dimensions. Inhouse Restaurant - Very good food and reasonable price. You can have food either in the restaurant or can order in the room also. Staff - Good and helpful. Overall - Very good place to stay for couples and family.
