    JUST A HYPE,UNSATISFACTORY STAY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY,HAVE FOUNDED A BETTER PEACEFUL PLACE IN UDAIPUR
    DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO SEE THE PROPERTY AS THE WHOLE STAFF GAVE PRIORITY TO THE PEOPLE WHO WERE ATTENDING THE WEDDING THERE, IT SEEMED LIKE A CROWD OF POOR HUNGRY PEOPLE JUST GATHERED FOR FREE FOOD DURING THE BREAKFAST IN RESTAURANT IN THE MORNING, SAME IN THE LOBBY TOO JUST LIKE A TRAIN OR AIRPORT STATION FULL PACK TOO NOISY. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT THERE WAS THIS BIG FAT DESTINATION WEDDING GOING ON I WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE. STAFF TREATED US LIKE WE WERE THE UNINVITED GUESTS JUST CONCENTRATING ON THE PEOPLE ATTENDING THE WEDDING. THANK YOU AURIKA YOU WONT SEE ME OR ANYONE IN MY TOUCH AT YOU PROPERTY ANYMORE.

    TREATMENT BY THE STAFF, MORNING BREAKFAST SERVICE, ROOM SERVICE (I ASKED FOR THE HEATER IN THE ROOM AS KIDS WERE FELLING COLD AROUND MIDNIGHT AND GOT THAT HEATER AT 12:30 AND THAT TOO YOUR SWITCHBOARD OF 15AMP PLUG POINT NOT WORKING HAD TO CALL AGAIN AND THE WHOLE 15MIN JOB TOOK MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND SLEPT AFTER THAT) IF YOU CANT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN A MARRIAGE GUEST AND NORMAL GUEST KINDLY DO NOT DO BOTH TOGETHER ACT AS A PROFESSIONAL DO NOT BE LIKE CHEAP HOTELS AROUND PICHOLA LAKE.     Very nice prooperty with nice view. But a little bit far from city center. It is not a palace hotel but built like palace. Initially i booked thinking its a palace hotel. Hotel was very clean. Staff was good. Food was nice but on the expensive side. Since it is far from City, need to take food from hotel.
    Food was expensive. A bit far from City. So, you cant go out for restaurants.

    Impressive property! Well-constructed with excellent amenities! The architecture is outstanding, brilliantly designed and aesthetically pleasing.
    We missed out on a personalized experience since the staff was occupied with extensive bookings and events most of the time. While they were courteous, it would have been even better with a more personalized touch. Aside from that, everything else was flawless. We also experienced their excellent service at their Coorg property, comparing to that, we felt it lacking here.

    Location. Although it enjoys an excellent location but that comes at a price. The terrain makes it almost impossible for you to walk, roam around. Without golf carts you can't move here and there. Moreover the property is misleading in the Booking.com ads by showing Twin room. I have heard of twin beds but what does a common man infer from twin room? I was shocked to see twin beds instead of twin rooms. Rates are also staggering considering the other amenities.
    Food is terrible. Room service for food takes a lot of time.

    Dream stay, dream view
    Location on a hill, very quiet and beautiful place. The terrace has an amazing view on the city and the lakes (and plunge pool) Room and bathroom are big and very comfortable . Breakfast choice is amazing and the food is very good. All staff are helpful, nice and make their utmost to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.
