    Great stay in a beautiful castle
    Beautiful location with great city views. Commute was handy and I loved a nice and warm meal at the schloss restaurant. Would definitely recommend and stay whenever I visit Vienna next.

    Everything was awesome, first of all the building itself is amazing. You are entering some sort of a castle! Breakfast, we were sited in the library, everything is beautifully decorated and speaks age. The room is amazing too. The second-ish floor is very nicely done, the view to the city is amazing as well!

    Room was old and desastrous Staff at reception spoke poor english and was Not helpful or polite No comfort in the Room , we had to change After complaint the Hotel promised to refund the breakfast for two days but only refund 30

    Beautiful "schloss" above Wien
    Great place, big parking, tasty breakfast, perfect beds and sleep quality.
    I would have loved to have a drink on the restaurant terasse but every time I went to this hotel it wasn't prepaired. The bathroom is really dark and small.

    Everything. The palace is beautiful, rooms are spacious, nice and clean. The restaurant is good and worth visiting not only for the breakfast. Exceptional view - the hotel is located high and there is a beautiful view of the whole city.

    Rooms were squeaky noisy, too old
    The place looked nice but it needs more updating and care
    I came in prepaid but lack of service upon leaving who could not understand my prepaid reservation and charging me-for 2 breakfast I didnt have!!! My Uber was waiting I couldnt check out! No manager or anyone with authority!
