    Peaceful and serene stay
    The property was exceptional. The staff were so helpful, especially Mr. Avinash. He made sure that we were comfortable throughout the stay. Had a very pleasant and peaceful new year's eve here!
    Food can be improved, local cuisines can be incorporated.

    Awesome place and a lot more amenities, excellent place for natural walk, pond and stream location in coffee plantation walk was awesome. Definitely recommend for leisure stay

    Absolutely disaster. I wasted my money.
    The property has a nice water stream where you can sit and relax They also have two ponds but the river stream is the highlight
    The problem here is that the management ask you to make the full payment even before they give you the room keys Imaging if you are travelling from a long distance and you are about to reach your resort and want to relax a bit or use the washroom and you cannot do that Instead you have to sit and wait for the full payment Booking.com does not ask you to pay any amount of money in advance but the Avadale guys demanded a token advance as soon as I booked and then after I reached the stay they demanded the full payment which is pathetic If I wanted to make the payment when I checkout they refused to admit me in the resort and refused to give me back my token advance This is a scam , please dont fall for it They only have a limited options for food and the taste is not good as well You can only order food until 9:30 pm The room is average and the door does not close completely even when the door is latched Ive attached pictures ( in outside category) I was scared that a snake might creep in at any time I hated every minute of my stay in this resort It cannot be called a resort as well You dont even have a phone in the room to call the reception and ask for anything They ask you to call or WhatsApp a number and there is no network in the location Also they give you WiFi which does not work half the time Please dont waste your money going to this place

    An ideal spot for enjoying quality time with your family, this estate features two ponds and a stream. If you are planning to visit Coorg and this estate make sure you spend your time in the estate itself instead of exploring tourist spots in Coorg, as they may not be worth the time and money spent on private cabs.
    The breakfast and lunch buffet comes at a slightly higher cost.
