The facilities were great, but some guests experienced slow service and a sewage smell near their room. The hotel is beautiful, but not within walking distance to the beach. The food and drinks were delicious, with a good brunch and great dinner. Overall, highly recommended. Review 2: The Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery was the best hotel the guests stayed at in Phuket. The staff, especially Emmi, was friendly and helpful. The Jacuzzi suite was relaxing and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel had beautiful views, a nice pool, and good food. The only negative was the dinner at Sizzle, which was inedible. Despite this, the guests had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Review 3: The Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery was a stunning hotel with lovely staff. The hotel had a beautiful pool and rooms, and the staff provided special treats for the guests. The breakfast and meals at Vista were great, but the dinner at Sizzle was disappointing. The hotel was a bit confusing to navigate, but overall, the guests had an amazing time and would return. The staff were exceptional in anticipating and solving any issues.

Lovely grounds, lovely room. Clean, quiet. Loved it. Loved that theres both jacuzzi at the patio, and bathtub in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

A SMART TV would be better. Wanted to play some nice music but ended up only playing it from my partners tablet. The room slippers looked used. Brand new disposable ones would be great. The removal rate of water in the bathroom was slow and I had to watch the amount of water I was using so the bathroom wouldnt flood.

A wonderful luxury stay at this hotel where I slept well, ate like a queen and rested in the sea without a cre in the wo

Immediately calming, expansive, impressive views, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were a great size with wonderful pillows, the sofa on the balcony was so restful to enjoy the view in the shade of the hot sun. The food is wonderful and the restaurant staff were great! The Reception staff did eventually help me good a taxi to the airport on the grab app which I already had downloaded. Its cheaper than a hotel taxi with a difference if 300 baht.

They have a really warm cosy welcome on the sofa with a welcome drink. When it came to checking out, my experience was the staff were tense, wanted to settle the bill, and didnt have the same welcome smiles and hospitality. They were conscious they settled for everything. I found it off putting. They were confused with their own paperwork.
